* Your child should be the age of the class requested by September 2. Requesting a class is not a guarantee your child will be placed in that class. The director will make an effort to honor requests, but her decisions are based on the make-up of the class and what will be best for all the children, and the teacher. Notification of which class your child is in will be sent to you at the beginning of August.

Registration Fee is due at the time of pre-registration; $50.00, this fee is non-refundable. Does your child need a new tote bag? Yes ( ) No ( ) Tote bag is included in registration fee. A one-time $20 supply fee needs to be included with pre-registration.
Total due at time of pre-registration is $70.
I agree to notify the director as soon as I know, if my child will not be returning to Hope Playschool (for any reason), for the 2008-2009 school year.
